Daihai Panzhi Shipyard of 80,000-100,000 ton

1.The background and the advantages of the project
The 21st century is referred to be the century of the ocean, especially with the flourishing of the shipping market and the rare opportunity of the east forward transition of the shipping industry. Therefore, it is of the first important to develop zhoushan shipping industry and Zhejiang shipping industry. It is  vital for construction of new-style industry as well as the pushing force of a developed harbor industry and the realization of a  powerful ocean economy province.
Dinghai Panzhi shipyard, with its land area of 66.7 hectares and 1,000-meter coastline, is inevitable an ideal site to implement the large scale shipping project. It enjoys the sea navigation capability of 200,000 tons, near the coastline there is a 50-year best sea wall and within the coastline there is a natural hill, which is sustained for two 80,000-100,000 ton docks.

It is planned to establish two 8-10-ton docks, one 150-meter-long,20-meter-wide dock and some supporting facilities such as offices and workshops. The total investment will be 100,000,000 RMB.

The report of the feasibility concerns the project and the use of the coastline, the dock and the sea area have been approved by authorities concerned. All the land needed are available, the project now is in the earlier stage of construction.

Promoted by the growing of international economy and trade, the sea transportation, the fleet amount and the ships’ loading capacity of world are all increasing, and so comes the opportunity for new century’s shipping industry development. As Zhoushan has a superior geographical position, the prospect is fine.

To build a 60,000-80,000 tons shipyard, a 250 meters long dock and other facilities like technological equipments for ship repairing, workshop, factory house, hoisting and transporting facilities, etc. The total investment will be 68.57 million RMB, and the profit can be taken back within 8.49 years.

The feasibility report of the project as well as preparation task has been done.

Xiazhimen Large-Sized Ship Repairing Base

1.Project background and advantage
The proposed base is located on a 360-meter-long and 120-mters-wide bay along the west shore of Xiazhi Island. Outside the bay there is the reputed Xiazhimen international waterway. The base is immediately adjacent to Ningbo’s Beilun port, Zhoushan port’ s Laotangshan terminal and the Shanghai Baosteel’s Majishan ore terminal and has promising market potentials. Targeted mainly for 150,000-ton vessels, the base can accommodate such vessels as their total lengths, molded breadths and drafts while entering and exiting the dock are 300, 48 and 7 meters, respectively.

2.Project contents
To build a 100,000 to 200,000-tonnage large-sized ship repairing base and relevant berths, workshops and other supporting facilities.

3.Preparation and proceeding of project
The feasibility analysis has been processed. The base will need a total funding of 350 million yuan and a construction period of 2.5 years. It can turn out a yearly output value of 250 million yuan upon its completion.

1.The background and conditions of the project
With the boom of shipping building industry in Putuo, a great number of shipping projects such as Zhongyuan, IMC yongyue, Ouhua are taking shape, which bring forward a great demand of ship fittings. Goushan street, lying in the southeast Zhoushan, is one of the major industrious streets in the city. It has an area of 44,1 square kilometers and a population of 32,000.With preferential location and convenient transportation, the district enjoys the biggest national shipping commodity trade fair, which constitute an advantage for the development of Zhoushan ship fitting industry. Diaoliang reclaiming project, located to the northeastern Zhoushan, is the biggest reclaiming project in the city. There will be 1333-hectares land resources and 5,6-kilometer man-made deep-water coastline, whose capacity of storing abundant land resources will provide fine condition for the access of ship fitting industry.

1. Project Background and Advantages
Mazu is located on Jushan Island in Daishan , 11 sea mile away from Yangshan Port, the Shanghai International Shipping Center under construction is settled its anchor and berth of Yangshan Port in the Huangzeyang Area of Qushan Island .It is a valley of 1300 meter long and over 1000 meter deep . The 20 meter contour outside is 250 meter away from the bank, the channel water depth is 14 meter. The excellent landform ,physiognomy and geologic conditions are naturally formed, thus, the vase port area shapes like a dustpan and is performing an excellent wind shelter letting the inside water never freeze all the year round. It is a particular unusual good large-sized ship building and repairing base, mainly for the ships passing in and out the Yangshan Port or berthing at Yangshan anchorage ground. Now, all the coast line and water area are opened .

It’s planned to build up Mazu large-scale ship repairing base of 400,000-500,000 tonnage, including the three project segments of dock , wharf and auxiliary facilities.
Dock : It is planned to build a  400,000-500,000  tonnage dock
Wharf: It is planned to build a 200,000-300,000  tonnage ship outfitting wharf outside the 15 meter contour.
Auxiliary Facilities: It is planned to equip the dock and wharf with corresponding electricity equipment of power supply and transformation , to meet the need of production and living. The related environment safeguarding measures like oil-water separating system are adopted and being constructed.

1. Project Background and Advantages
Xiushan Island is located to the north of Zhoushan Island, 28 sea mile away from the Big Yangshan and Small Yangshan, 44 sea mile away from the entrance of Yangtzs River, 46 sea mile away from Ningbo Port. There are 700 meter coastline in Xiunan, the 20 meter contour is 100-400 meter away from the bank, the water area in the harbor pool is commodious. There are the broad hinterland of more than 400 mu at the back of seashore , which can provide the auxiliary island needed for the port development. The shallowest point in the south part of Huangdayang beside Nankoumen is about 17 meter , available for the 100,000-tonnage ship pass in and out at any time .The islands spreading around the water area acting as the natural barriers against wind . The channel has steady and deep water, and is an ideal self-formed good harbor . Now, it is the biggest sea-route in Zhoushan .

in Shengsi Da Yangshan

1. Construction Bachground and Advantages
100,000-ton ship building & repairing base in Shengsi Da Yangshan,is located in Da Tabin Island of the western Da Yangshan,covering 15.3 hectare,with more than 1000 metre coastal line available and the water depth in front bank in more than 14 metre.  The channel is straight and smooth, the transportation is convenient. It is 2 sea miles away from Yangshan Deepwater Harbor,the Shanghai International Shipping Centre, thus, the situation advantage is quite outstanding.

2. Construction Scale and Content
The fixed capital investment is about RMB300 million Yuan, it is planned to build one dry dock and one outfitting dock of 100,000-ton,and one dry dock and one outfitting dock of 50,000-ton, and the relative lifting up and processing equipments and the supporting facilities.

3. Project Preparation and Progress
The suggestion report has been approved,the feasibility study for approval is being arranged and examined.

4. Cooperation Form and Content
Joint Venture. It is asked to invest current of USD 10 million Yuan. The business of ship maintenance is most welcomed.
